Etner Family Dashboard
Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Etner Family Dashboard, a private household application for authorized family members and approved devices.
Authorized use
The Family Dashboard is intended only for authorized family members and household administrators. You may not attempt to access another user's account, bypass authentication, misuse paired-device credentials, or interfere with the operation or security of the application.
Connected services
The application may connect to services such as Google Calendar, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Google Calendar access is read-only and is used to display selected calendar information within the Family Dashboard.
Family and household information
Authorized users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they add or make visible through the dashboard, including announcements, meals, countdowns, calendar visibility settings, and display-device settings.
Availability
The application is provided for household convenience. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable because of maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party service outages, API changes, or other technical conditions. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
No professional advice
Information displayed by the Family Dashboard is organizational information only and is not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, educational, or other professional advice.
Security and account responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for signing out of devices that should no longer have access. Household administrators may revoke paired displays or connected-service access when appropriate.
Termination of access
Access may be removed or restricted by the household administrator at any time, including when an account, device, or connected service should no longer have access to family information.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Family Dashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for private household use. To the extent permitted by law, the application administrator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from outages, incorrect third-party data, missed calendar items, device failures, or unauthorized use caused by compromised credentials.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the application changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, to the extent applicable.
